Born in Ayr, Scotland on September 4th, 1976, Kirsty Hume's began her modelling career at age sixteen when signed with a Glasgow modelling agency. 1996 was a big year for Hume who appeared on the covers of Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazaar and Allure. Hume has also worked in ad campaigns for for Gap, Ralph Lauren , Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Yves Saint Laurent and signed on as a spokeswoman for Chanel. Hume has since retired from the modelling world to open her own gallery and cosmetics store.
