Niche Examiner allows you to analyze keywords for number of searches and competition in major search engines. It will generate a list of keywords, look at how many times each keyword has been searched for, and give the number of results for the keyword in Google, MSN and yahoo. This is extremely useful to see how good a certain niche is in terms of competition vs. demand. It also lets you see what keywords are the most profitable to target.
